Update on my New Year’s resolutions: 1. Lose weight. (It’s only been one week.) 2. Exercise more. (I went to the gym once this week.) 3. Get that promotion. (I’ve had the week off.) 4. Pay off the credit card. (Made a little bit of a dent on my last payment.) 5. Watch less TV.  (Come on. It’s bowl season.)

If only I had an instruction manual or some sort of guide on all of this life stuff... I might find sticking to these resolutions a little bit easier. This year, as a church, we want to strive to make  the Bible the final authority in our lives as we center on Scripture Alone.
